Ker also said, "In our segment of the market place, it's been a pleasure to work alongside an individual with the commitment, pride and work ethic that Scott Steinard has and we, the WingHouse, need."
Steinard said, "I am excited about being a part of such a strong organization and I am looking forward to helping grow the brand."
Steinard's professional restaurant experience began at Hooters of America as a Manager in Training in Altamonte Springs, Fla. In his career with the company he was promoted to Divisional Vice President responsible for locations in Florida, Atlanta and the metro D.C. area.
From there he moved on to a Managing Partner position for Roy's in Orlando. He said although he enjoyed the experience in fine dining, he missed multi-unit operations. He was next a Vice President of Operations for Sonny's BBQ, the largest Bar-B-Que chain in America with 150 units.
Steinard lives in Orlando with his wife Mindy and their son Steven.
