Chef Michael Corvino and his wife and business partner, Christina, have opened Ravenous inside a food hall in Kansas City.

Kansas City's Ravenous, a fast casual concept that began operating late last year out of Corvino Supper Club & Tasting Room, now has its own space. Chef Michael Corvino and his wife and business partner, Christina, who own both concepts, have given Ravenous a permanent home inside Parlor Food Hall at 17th & Locust. It houses seven restaurants, two bars, a covered patio and allows customers to place carryout orders, according to an email from Christina Corvino.

Although the Ravenous menu offers versions of Corvino staples including the cheeseburger and half or whole fried chickens, it also has items only available at Ravenous. Those options include a crispy grilled cheese sandwich, a mushroom sandwich, cheesy chili butter tots and the fried chicken sandwich.

Ravenous launched in November 2019 as a lunch concept via carry-out or delivery only and made its official debut earlier this year on the patio adjacent to Corvino, a fine-dining concept that opened in 2017.
