Kahala Brands has won the 2018 Patronix Loyaltees Award for Marketing Innovation, according to a company press release. The brand released a Paytronix survey for its recently acquired franchise chain, The Counter.
The survey was used to demonstrate how effective The Counter’s loyalty program, Counter Points, is in driving the franchise business and also featured a promotion for a $5 in-store credit upon survey completion.
