Kagle resigns from Jamba board

Robert C. Kagle has resigned from the board of directors of Emeryville, Calif.-based Jamba Inc., effective immediately, the company has announced.
Kagle joined Jamba as a director in 1994. He was also a member of the compensation and executive development committee.
