Just Fresh set to open catering-focused unit in Charlotte business park

Just Fresh, part of Chanticleer Holdings, will focus on catering breakfast and lunch in the Ballantyne Corporate Park.

Just Fresh will open its seventh location in the Ballantyne Corporate Park in Charlotte, North Carolina, on Nov. 19.

The new location will focus on breakfast and lunch catering occasions for the surrounding office park.

"The Ballantyne area is a growing business community and an upscale neighborhood that desires a quick healthier alternative in the 'quick service' and 'fast casual' restaurant segment. We look forward to providing a healthy and delicious menu to both corporate and residential patrons throughout the area," said Operating Partner Shelley Curtin in a company press release.

Just Fresh is part of Chanticleer Holdings.
