Juice It Up! testing 'Bowl Bar'

Juice It Up! has opened its first "Bowl Bar," where fresh ingredients are on display.

Juice It Up! has opened its first "Bowl Bar," where fresh ingredients are on display and guests can see their Superfruit Açaí and Pitaya Bowls, along with Fusion and Smoothie Bowls created in front of them.

The bowl bar’s home is at the Thousand Oaks Juice It Up! in California, which is the second location operated under the ownership of KBN One Investment, according to a company press release. It's led by husband and wife teams Deepak Kumar and Subh Lakshmi, along with Nikhil and Rasna Arora. KBN One Investment also operates Juice It Up!’s Santa Clarita location, which is currently the top-performer in the chain’s more than 80-unit system

“Following the great success of our first Juice It Up! location, the decision to open another store didn’t require much thought,” said Kumar. “We’re particularly excited about opening up in time for the summer season as we’re rolling out a new summer-themed product and marketing campaign that we know guests will love.”
