Joella’s Hot Chicken elevating CX with Tattle

Louisville-based Joella's Hot Chicken, which has 14 locations, and Southern Classic Chicken, an 18-unit chain founded in Louisiana, have tapped Tattle, a customer feedback technology platform, to deepen their guest loyalty.

Built with an open API in order to collect guest feedback and measure satisfaction across all-digital ordering channels, Tattle helps restaurants drive an increase in guest satisfaction, Tattle CEO and founder Alex Beltrani said in a company press release.
