Jinya rolls the dice on casino location

Jinya Ramen Bar is opening next week at the Ameristar Black Hawk Casino at 111 Richman St., in Black Hawk, Colorado, marking the chain's second location in the state and 57th overall.

"We're so excited to bring Jinya to a community as fun and vibrant as Black Hawk," Jinya Founder and CEO Tomo Takahashi said in a company press release. "And with it coming to the Ameristar Black Hawk Casino, this will truly be a unique experience for everyone involved as it will be the first time we open a restaurant inside a casino. We can't wait to welcome everyone for the grand opening and show them what real ramen culture is all about."

Founded in 2010 by Tomo Takahashi, Jinya also operates bushi by JINYA, Robata JINYA, LBD Japanese Bar and Lounge and JINYA Ramen Express.
