Jinya celebrating 50th opening

Jinya Ramen Bar is celebrating the opening of its 50the location on Feb. 6 at 6480 E. Pacific Coast Highway, in Longbeach. The go-to ramen spot will offer over a dozen ramen dishes featuring noodles with thick, rich broth, slowly simmered for 20 hours to ensure a deep flavor.
"We're thrilled to celebrate this incredible milestone of 50 locations with the beautiful city of Long Beach," founder and CEO Tomo Takahashi said in a company press release. "It's been an honor to provide our fans with an authentic Japanese ramen experience from coast to coast, and we can't wait to continue growing across the country."
Ahead of its grand opening, customers can get a sneak peek at the menu when the restaurant hosts a pop-up Feb. 5 at NASCAR's Busch Light Clash at The Coliseum in Los Angeles.
Founded in 2010, Jinya also operates bushi by Jinya, Robata Jinya, LBD Japanese Bar and Lounge and Jinya Ramen Express.
