Jimmy Johns has settled a lawsuit brought by a motorcyclist injured in hurt in a crash with a Jimmy John's delivery driver, according to KLAS-TV.
The motorcyclist claimed the company's "freaky fast" delivery policy put drivers under pressure to delivery orders quickly and disregard safety.
The motorcyclist asked for $50. Terms were not disclosed.
