Jimmy John's is opening Château Jé Jé, a one-time-only, fancy sandwich experience in Austin, to celebrate Valentine's Day, according to CMO Darin Dugan.

"The idea for Chateau Jé Jé started with our SAVEON2 'buy one sandwich, get one 50% off' limited time offer, which runs through February 14, allowing customers to share a Jimmy John's sandwich with their loved one on Valentine's Day," he told FastCasual. "We were delighted at the idea of people celebrating Valentine's Day with Jimmy John's, and wanted to upgrade the occasion in honor of the holiday. The Chateau Jé Jé fine-dining affair will bring couples together to indulge in a shared love for romance, live music, and Jimmy John's sandwiches."

Château Jé Jé, 1102 E. Cesar Chavez St., is open by reservation only from 5 to 9 p.m., Thursday-Saturday and will seat six tables of two every hour. The experience, which will include beer and wine, will also feature:

• Four-course meal centered around Jimmy John's famous sandwiches.
• Soda and chip sommeliers on hand to assist diners.
• Romantic, outdoor garden setting.
• Live jazz band.
