Jimmy Hula's hopes to surf across Florida

Jimmy Hula's, a two-location fast casual concept in Florida, is officially seeking franchise partners. The first location opened in Winter Park, Fla., in 2011, with a second store following a year later near the University of Central Florida.

The restaurant that focuses on an eclectic variety of tacos and burgers is looking to target and develop locations in the Tampa, Jacksonville and Daytona Beach markets, according to a company press release.
