Jersey Mike's Subs is introducing a contactless catering program to give customers a more secure meal option for gatherings. Choices include:
"Although planned before the pandemic, our updated catering program addresses the need for individually wrapped meal options requested by so many of our customers," CMO Rich Hope said in a company press release. "Demand right now is for catering options for small gatherings as well as for feeding essential workers."
The graphics on the catering boxes mirror the chain's contemporary store design being introduced at all Jersey Mike's restaurants across the country.
Guests can place catering orders in-store or for no contact pick-up at the door through Jersey Mike's website or the Jersey Mike's app.
During the pandemic, franchise owners across the country have donated millions of sub sandwiches to healthcare workers, seniors, children and others. Also, this spring, the company donated more than $2 million to Feeding America and $1 million to Aaron Judge's ALL RISE Foundation, according to the release.
Jersey Mike's has more than 2,500 locations open and under development nationwide.
