Jersey Mike's expands executive team

Jersey Mike's has recently added members to its real estate to equip the brand for expansion, according to a company press release. Jersey Mike's has hired Paul Williams and Cortney Rickle as directors of real estate. 
 
"As our brand continues to saturate the U.S., we're energized to add two talented and knowledgeable industry vets like Paul and Cortney to the team," Senior Vice President of Real Estate Mike Parkhill, said in the release.
 
Williams had spent time as a real estate manager for Jack in the Box, where he led corporate and franchise real estate development. Rickle spent six years with Paramount Realty Services as a leasing agent, according to the release.
 
Jersey Mike's is on track to have more than 2,000 stores open nationwide within 2 years.
