Jeff's Bagel Run reported a 26% increase in same-store sales as the Orlando-based chain continues a rapid expansion across the U.S.
The fast casual brand more than doubled its footprint in 2025, growing from 11 to 24 locations. The expansion included market entries in Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Texas and the Carolinas.
In addition to physical growth, the company noted a surge in digital adoption following the launch of its loyalty program earlier this year. Orders placed through the mobile app now account for more than 25% of total sales.
"While the broader industry is tightening, we're seeing incredible enthusiasm from our communities," co-founder Jeff Perera said in a company press release.
The company has more than 100 shops in development and projects it will reach 75 open locations by the end of 2026.
Jeff’s Bagel Run is a scratch bakery with a simple and delicious menu of bagels, spreads and a full coffee program. The shops are open daily from 6:30 a.m. - 2:00 p.m., allowing operators to schedule on a single-shift model. The simple menu enables the brand to keep excellent and consistent products while maximizing revenue.
