Jeff's Bagel Run is expanding in Colorado Springs, Colorado; Knoxville, Tennessee, and Melbourne, Florida, thanks to three franchise agreements.

The brand has 90 stores open or under development, and has its sights set on further growth throughout 2025 and beyond.

Founded in 2019 by Jeff and Danielle Perera, Jeff's Bagel Run was honored as one of America's Best Bagels at NYC Bagelfest. In 2024, Jeff's Bagel Run acquired Otus Coffee, its longtime coffee supplier.

Jeff’s Bagel Run is a scratch bakery with a simple and delicious menu of bagels, spreads and a full coffee program. The shops are open daily from 6:30 a.m. - 2:00 p.m., allowing operators to schedule on a single-shift model. The simple menu enables the brand to keep excellent and consistent products while maximizing revenue.
