Island Poke adds 2 London units

United Kingdom-based Island Poke opened two stores this week, bringing its Pacific flavors to London's North West Wembley Box Park at 18 Olympic Way in Wembley Park, and to 6 Northcote Road in Battersea in the South.

"It's great to be expanding across London with more fantastic locations in Battersea and Wembley," Island Poke founder James Gould-Porter said in a company press release. "It's our mission to grow our Ohana across London and beyond, bringing people a great and fresh alternative to the traditional lunch and dine-out offering."

The chain, which has 18 London stores as well as nine in France, is adding four restaurants in Edinburgh over the next two years and has a partnership with dark-kitchen operators, REEF.
