Island Fin Poké opening first Illinois location in Downers Grove

Island Fin Poke, a fast casual restaurant known for Hawaiian style build-your-own poke bowls, plans to open its first Illinois location in Downers Grove Market in mid-July, according to a press release.

"We are thrilled to open the first Island Fin Poké restaurant in Illinois and bring this wonderful concept home to Downers Grove," Franchisee Tom Browning said in a company press release. "We hope to become a local favorite and provide fresh, delicious meals with excellent service to our guests."

Island Fin Poké, founded in Florida in 2017, began franchising in 2018 and has grown to 16 locations in the U.S.
