Ike's to hit 100 units by 2022

Ike's Love & Sandwiches, based in San Francisco, has signed leases to open three Southern California locations early next year in Del Mar, El Segundo and Carson. The launches will help the 80-unit chain hit its goal of 100 locations by the end of 2021, according to a press release.
"Ike's is experiencing strong sales even in this unprecedented climate that are allowing us to continue to expand our footprint and bring Ike's to new Southern California communities," CEO Michael Goldberg said in the release. "We're so excited to grow our presence in Southern California and share our delicious sandwiches with a fresh audience."
Each location will hold grand opening celebrations with free and discounted sandwiches. Dates are coming soon.
"We have successfully navigated through the pandemic so far with a nimble, adaptable staff," CMO Renae Scott said in the release. "With updated safety protocol in stores, free delivery promotions and special sandwiches at great prices, Ike's is positioned for continued expansion in our home state."
