Ike's rolls out digital overhaul

Ike's Love & Sandwiches has debuted a website and app upgrade as part of a digital overhaul. The 75-unit chain, based in San Francisco, now offers online ordering and a rewards system, and guests may view high-resolution sandwich photos and order from the menu, which includes vegan, gluten-free and meat options. The streamlined website also makes it easy for customers to find the nearest Ike's location, CMO Renae Scott said in a company press release.

"Our Marketing–Technology Stack has gone through a complete overhaul at Ike's. We're so excited to share our new and improved features with sandwich lovers and Ikesters," Scott said. "Between online ordering, ample rewards and beautiful photos, there are so many amazing benefits for consumers on Ike's new website and app."

Guests who download the updated Ike's app and sign up for the rewards program may access customized offers, limited edition T-shirts, exclusive VIP events to hang with Ike and will receive $5 off their first order. They may also access interactive nutritional info and a calculator for any diet.
