Ike's Love & Sandwiches, featuring its menu of over 800 sandwiches combos, is opening in a few weeks in El Segundo, California, marking its 71st unit.

"We have aggressive growth plans for SoCal and will be opening new Ike's locations not only in El Segundo, but also in Carson, Del Mar, Culver City, Manhattan Beach and USC all in the first quarter of 2021," Michael Goldberg, CEO of Ike's Love & Sandwiches, said in a company press release.

The sandwich shop is looking for several employees to join the team over the next few weeks, including contractors and over 30 store employees

Ike's Love and Sandwiches first opened in 2007 in San Francisco.
