Ike's making Hollywood debut

Ike's Love & Sandwiches, which has 80 units across the west, is ready for stardom. It's opening this week in Hollywood between Hollywood and Sunset Boulevards in Los Angeles.

"We're excited to bring Ike's Love & Sandwiches to an iconic corner of Hollywood," CEO Michael Goldberg said in a company press release. "We look forward to bringing jobs and our amazing sandwiches to the community."

Ike's Tinseltown, which will features a wall picturing multiple cartoon Ike's dressed as iconic Hollywood characters, is part of a major California expansion for the brand, which was born in San Francisco in 2007. In the last year, Ike's has opened in Culver City, El Segundo, Templeton, Carson, Costa Mesa and Del Mar.
