I Heart Mac N Cheese opening in Cali

I Heart Mac & Cheese, a fast-casual concept specializing in made-to-order macaroni and cheese bowls and grilled cheese sandwiches, is opening its first California location next week. The store is in Palm Springs at 190 S Indian Canyon Dr.

"I opened an I Heart Mac and Cheese because first, it's a childhood favorite," franchisee Blu Bryan said in a company press release. "Everybody loves Mac & Cheese! More importantly, though, I want to use this store as a catalyst to bring people's dreams to fruition. Through community impact and programs like SUDS and random ccts of kindness, we can bring direct and meaningful change to the people in our community."

Founded in 2019 by CEO and Chairman Steve Giordanella, I Heart Mac & Cheese has over 20 locations and is set to open over 75 in 2022.
