I Heart Mac & Cheese adding 3 Indiana stores

I Heart Mac & Cheese franchisee Matthew Griffin is planning to add three stores to his roster.

The Noblesville, Indiana police officer and his wife, Elizabeth, initiated their first franchise store last summer, according to a news release.

The three openings will take place in Indianapolis, Avon and Plainfield — all in Indiana, with additional outlets planned in the future statewide. Despite the current restaurant climate, given Covid-19, the positive customer feedback they have received since opening in June validated their desire to invest in additional I Heart Mac & Cheese locations.

The four-year-old I Heart Mac & Cheese concept is striving to expand nationwide, and has three corporate stores in Florida, where it is based.
