I Heart Mac & Cheese opening 16 units in 2021

Florida-based I Heart Mac & Cheese has signed deals to open 16 units next year in Baytown, Texas; San Jose, California; Gulf Breeze, Doral, Homestead, Kendall and Naples, Florida; West Lake, Ohio; Greenville, Steele Creek and Mathews, North Carolina; Grand Rapids, Saginaw and Troy, Michigan; Worcester, Massachusetts and Woodbury, Minnesota.
"We are expanding our brand during a time where competitors in the space are downsizing, and in some cases, closing their doors," I Heart Mac & Cheese CEO Steve Giordanella said in a company press release. "This unprecedented momentum across our growing franchisee community validates our hypothesis that consumers want something different from the traditional fast-food model — and we are able to deliver that to them."
The brand launched its first location in 2016 and operates corporate locations in Pembroke Pines, Jupiter and Boca Raton, Florida.
