I Heart Mac & Cheese coming to New Mexico

Florida-based I Heart Mac & Cheese is entering the New Mexico market.

"We wanted to bring a fast-casual restaurant to the area that would let us take out our four children, all under the age of 11, to enjoy a great meal in a fun, relaxed environment," franchisee Autumn Santangelo said in the release.

With plans of opening early 2021 and sights set on breaking ground in the Eastside area of Farmington, Santangelo is confident that I Heart Mac & Cheese is an ideal recipe for success. The brand is developing a national footprint with additional locations planned in Alabama, Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina and Texas.
