I Dream of Falafel is undergoing a rebranding effort that includes a restaurant redesign with new décor and an updated menu. According to the company, the initiative was launched “to better represent Chicago’s ever-evolving market.”
The restaurants are using reclaimed wood, whimsical artwork and a contemporary color scheme, the company said. Its updated menu features Greek yogurt, quinoa and a line of organic sweet and savory salads.
Additionally, the I Dream of Falafel name has also officially abridged its title to the original acronym of IDOF, given by its customers.
Operations have expanded throughout the Chicagoland area to Lakeview (851 W. Belmont) as well as DePaul University's downtown campus (60 E. Jackson).
