I Dream of Falafel opening 1st location out of Chicago Loop

I Dream of Falafel is opening its fourth location Thursday in Oakbrook Terrace, Ill. The 2,400-square-foot unit, located at 18W066 22nd St., is the first to open outside of the Chicago Loop.

The location is also the chain's first to stay open seven days a week.

I Dream of Falafel was started and now operated by the original founders including Imran Kasbati, Shoaib Aziz, Munaf Kasbati and Chef Henry Nuguid, who met in college and dreamed of incorporating their love of healthy Mediterranean meals into a restaurant setting.
