Hummus & Pita opening first Colorado franchise store

Hummus & Pita will open its first Colorado franchise store on Jan. 7 on the Sixteenth Street Mall in Denver.

The Mediterranean fast casual also has stores in New York City, Connecticut and New Jersey, according to a press release.

"This will be the first of five planned locations in Denver to offer made-from-scratch, delicious cuisine the whole family can enjoy," said Colorado franchisee Rachid Elmrini in the release.
