Hummus & Pita Co expands into Michigan

The Hummus & Pita Co., a fast casual Mediterranean concept, is opening a location this October in the Great Lakes Crossing Outlets food court in Auburn Hills, Michigan, according to a company press release. 

Franchisee Chirag Modiown brings more than 17 years of pharmacy ownership and extensive experience in customer service to the restaurant industry, according to the release.

Since founded in 2011, the brand has three locations.
