Huey Magoo's rolling into Georgia

August 15, 2019

Less than one year after Huey Magoo's revealed plans to expand outside of the Central Florida region into Atlanta, South Florida and Tampa, the chicken chain is adding Georgia to its lineup. The Peach State will be home to six stores thanks to a deal with Franchisee Buck Harris, who has owned Chick-Fil-A and Chicken Salad Chicks units, according to a company press release.

The first location will open in late 2019 or early 2020.

"From one chicken connoisseur to another, Buck and his family will be a wonderful addition to the Huey Magoo's family," Huey Magoo's CEO Andy Howard said in the release.

Huey Magoo's was founded in 2004.
