How Do You Roll? inks 35 unit SoCal expansion deal

How Do You Roll? recently inked a deal with MMLS Holdings LLC to develop 35 units across Southern California over the next 10 years.

"As a business owner I find it exciting to be part of an up and coming brand," said Avi Shafshak of MMLS Holdings in a company press release. "By being an area rep for a large territory like Southern California, I hold a large part of the success of the brand building which is something I like to do."

Shafshak will represent How Do You Roll? in Los Angeles, Orange, San Diego, Santa Barbara and Ventura counties. Shafskak will build out the first three units himself.

Based in Austin, Texas, How Do You Roll?’s is also expanding Chicago and New York. Restaurants in Western Canada and the Middle East are slated to open in 2015.
