How Do You Roll? expanding into Chicago and Florida

How Do You Roll? announced recently plans to expand into the Chicago and Fort Myers, Fla., areas later this year.

Two restaurants will open in Chicago, one inside the Northwestern Memorial Hospital and the other inside the Palmer House hotel. The Florida restaurant will open on Wittman Drive in Fort Myers.

"We are excited to broaden our How Do You Roll? family to the Chicago and Fort Myers communities,” said Yuen Yung, chief executive officer, in a company press release. "Breaking into the Illinois market will make this our fifth state to franchise in and we couldn’t be more thrilled.”

How Do You Roll? offers customers the opportunity to build their own sushi rolls by choosing ingredients, which include chicken and beef as well as traditional items. How Do You Roll? also offers gluten-free and vegetarian ingredients in addition to a full menu including appetizers, salads, noodle bowls and deserts.
