Hopdoddy Burger Bar has hired Mark Adair as vice president of food and beverage. Adair has 30 years of experience in the industry, and plans to launch seasonal specials and innovate the brand, according to a press release.
Hopdoddy serves a variety of hormone-free burgers and craft beers from local breweries. Prior to joining Hopdoddy, Adair served as executive chef at Doubletree Hotel Pasadena's Plaza de Las Fuentes in Pasadena, California and at the Ihilani Resort and Spa in Hawaii.
"We're thrilled with the direction that Hopdoddy is heading and we know Chef Adair will be a crucial part of our expansion and growth," Jeff Chandler, CEO of Hopdoddy Burger Bar, said in the release. "Our guests can look forward to new menu items, delicious specials and a continued effort toward being the best burger joint in the country."
