HOA Brands, the franchisor of Hooters as well as its fast casual brand, Hoots Wings, has promoted Monica Fleury to vice president of brand marketing.

Fleury originally joined the company in 2013 and oversaw the collective brand execution across all channels, according to the company press release. She will now lead the growth of the HOA Brands marketing team, continuing to play an important role in generating brand awareness and loyalty for Hooters and Hoots Wings.

Based in Atlanta, Hooters has 410 locations and Hoots has seven with over 85 in development.
