Honeygrow, a Philadelphia-based fast casual restaurant known for made-to-order stir-fry, salads and honeybars, recently opened three locations within two weeks and plans to open five more locations by year's end. The most recent openings are located at the Mills Station in Owings Mills, Maryland; the former Nabisco Factory project in Northeast Philadelphia and at Lincoln Plaza in Langhorne, Pennsylvania.
"Our commitment to a great guest experience, a menu with wholesome and delicious foods yet differentiated from bowl concepts, and a zeal to exceed guest expectations has allowed us to continue to successfully grow," founder and CEO Justin Rosenberg said in a company press release. "We're flattered and proud that we've been so well received within the communities that we're operating in. We'll continue to up the bar."
The locations are exceeding internal performance expectations on both a store-level investment payback and profitability standpoint with the latter generating EBITDA margins in excess of 20%, thereby reinforcing the brand's ability to drive an incredible guest experience while delivering strong economics, Rosenberg said. The company is targeting continued unit growth of 30% for 2024.
Founded in 2012, Honeygrow has 36 locations.
