Honeygrow, specializing in customizable stir-fries, salads and honeybars, is expanding its New Jersey footprint with the signing of five leases, bringing its total in the Garden State to 15 locations.

Since opening its first New Jersey location in Cherry Hill in 2016, the chain has steadily grown its presence in the state, which has become one of its strongest markets. The five restaurants are in North Brunswick, Woodbridge, Cedar Knolls, Watchung and Chestnut Ridge Road, according to a press release.

The Montvale location, near the New York border, is a key step in linking honeygrow's Mid-Atlantic origins to the larger New York metropolitan area, reinforcing the brand's regional presence along the I-95 corridor, said Justin Rosenberg, honeygrow founder and CEO.

"New Jersey has been at the core of our growth strategy for over a decade," Rosenberg said in the release. "It's a vibrant market filled with loyal customers who share our love for great food made with care. Each new location brings us closer to full coverage across the state."

Honeygrow's menu offers customizable stir-fries and salads, allowing guests to choose proteins, sauces, dressings and a variety of fresh ingredients. The brand also features its signature honeybar, a dessert option with fresh fruit, sweet toppings and honey.
