Hill Country debuts food park in downtown Brooklyn

November 27, 2018

The Hill Country Food Park, which has opened in a 10,000-square-foot location at 345 Adams St. in downtown Brooklyn, is home to six unique food concepts and boasts private event space, games and a soon-to-be newly inspired Hank's Saloon.

The food park, according to a release, is an indoor interpretation of an outdoor food truck park by the founders of Hill Country Hospitality in Austin, Texas.

The park will be open from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m., seven days a week and will be a credit card only establishment, with the exception of South Congress Coffee which will accept cash and offer guests the ability to purchase a cash card which can be used at the five additional stalls. Hill Country Food Park stalls will serve beer, wine and cocktails with a full bar on the mezzanine level.

The six food concept stalls will be overseen by Hill Country Hospitality Director of Culinary Operations Ash Fulk.

The stalls, which feature dynamic handpainted facades by local artists, Renzo D’Amore and Michelle Kole, include:

  • Nickie's.
  • South Congress.
  • Bluebonnets.
  • Austino's.
  • Hill Country Barbecue Market.
  • Hill Country Chicken.
