Herb company launches six new flavors to spice up menus

SupHerb Farms, a supplier of frozen herbs and flavoring solutions, is offering six new items to help operators boost flavor, while maintaining a clean ingredient list, according to a company press release. They include:
- Indonesian Style Chili Paste, which adds authentic flavor to dipping sauces and a spicy kick to soups.
- Creole Paste, with a spicy aroma ideal for soups, pastas, chicken and fish dishes.
- Indian Masala Paste, a peppery blend of herbs, vegetables and spices, seasons everything from chutney to scalloped potatoes to coconut crème brûlée.
- Kale Pesto, which has a buttery, earthy flavor with hints of lemon that pairs well with pasta and quinoa and can be used to make an aioli or glaze.
- Shallot Purée, which delivers sweet and savory mild onion notes.
- And Citrus Garlic Herb Paste. It brings tropical flavor to sauces, salsas, marinades and protein injections.
SupHerb Farms, headquartered in California's San Joaquin Valley, is a supplier of fresh flavor solutions for foodservice operators and food manufacturers, the release said. Offerings include a library of IQF Culinary Herbs, Specialty Vegetables and SupHerb Fusions Blends, Pastes & Purées.
