Kansas City-based Hawaiian Bros has signed multi-unit franchise agreements with DKPM Investments Corp. and BraveHart Development LLC to open 15 stores in Nebraska and Iowa.
DKPM Investments, which operates several Jimmy Johns stores in the Omaha, Las Vegas, Boise, Colorado Springs, and Rapid City regions, will open five Hawaiian Bros in the Omaha and Lincoln area in the coming years.
BraveHart Development, which owns Scooters Coffee and Marriott, Hilton, IHG and Choice hotels, as well as Verizon, Waxing Studio, and Anytime Fitness locations, will develop 10 Hawaiian Bros stores in Iowa. It will also take ownership of an existing Hawaiian Bros in Davenport.
