New York-based street food concept The Halal Guys has announced the signing of a franchise deal for the Washington, DC area

Ten units will be developed as a part of the deal.

The Halal Guys have also signed multiunit franchise deals for Southern California, Houston and the Philippines.

Fransmart is partnering with The Halal Guys to expand the brand with a focus on top markets in North America, emphasizing airports, train stations, malls and neighborhoods with a significant late night demand. The brand is also seeking to expand in the Middle East.
