Gyroville invests in cloud-based POS

September 12, 2019

Gyroville, a Mediterranean-inspired fast casual brand, has invested in a cloud-based POS system from PAR to help fuel expansion. Its previous POS solution struggled to support the chain's needs, resulting in back-office crashes, which slowed the daily business, Gyroville Franchising Company CEO Lambros Kokkinelis, said in a company press release.

To solve the issue, the chain launched the Brink POS software and EverServ 600 terminals, which store Gyroville's information in the cloud and allows employees to input customer orders with no system failures. Brink also offers strong reporting features, so Gyroville can better track ordering, Kokkinelis said.

"Our partners at PAR aggressively search for solutions to any of our issues and the use of the 'Corporate Lab' set up within the system, has also made the process much easier," he said. "We look forward to growing our emerging franchise brand with PAR."

Founded in 2010, and franchising since 2016, Gyroville has 10 locations in the Unites States and one in Ecuador.
