Gwin Ferguson appointed Boudin, Go Roma VP

SAN FRANCISCO — Forklift Brands, parent company of Boudin Bakery, and Go Roma has announced the appointment of Gwin Ferguson as vice president of real estate.

Ferguson will be responsible for overseeing real-estate development plans for each company as Boudin Bakery and Go Roma explore expansion development into new markets.

Ferguson brings more than 21 years of successful real-estate development experience to her new role. She most recently served as director of real estate for Beverages & More!, where she launched new store openings in California and Arizona.

Prior to Beverages & More!, Ferguson was senior project manager for Cutler & Associates Inc., managing real-estate acquisitions and consulting services for redevelopment agencies in Northern California. Additionally, she served as vice president of real-estate development for Wendy's franchisee Eastbay Equities Inc., as real-estate manager for Jack in the Box and as a real-estate representative and franchisee for McDonald's.
