Seven just may be a lucky number for Gusto founder Nate Hybl as he opens his seventh location this summer. The restaurant is part of Avalon, a mixed-use destination in Alpharetta, an affluent Atlanta suburb.

"Being Atlanta-born, it's exciting to align ourselves with best-in-class brands like Anthropologie, lululemon, and Apple as we continue to broaden our identity," Hybl said in a press release.

Partnering with architect Gensler and local designer Lindsay Denman, the Gusto design team will breathe life into a corner space previously occupied by King BBQ. The interior design will be distinctive and friendly with its bold use of concrete, painted brick, natural wood, colorful art and live plants.

"We believe in thoughtfully investing in design which aligns well with the beauty of Avalon," Hybl said. "Our first move is always to get as much sunlight in our spaces as possible, so we'll be re-imagining the storefronts and corner patio."

Avalon guests can expect to be greeted with the question 'What's your gusto?' as they ponder the restaurant menu, known for bowls and wraps. Flavors ranging from sweet soy sriracha and tahini cucumber feta are inspired by both international cuisine and familiar American flavors, Hybl said. Diners select a style (mixed greens, jasmine brown rice, half greens and half rice or a flatbread wrap) and add a grilled protein (chicken, shrimp, portabella mushroom, or salmon) ranging from $9.55 to $14.25.
