Groucho's Deli wins Excellence in Guest Experience award

South Carolina-based Groucho's Deli, which was founded in 1941 and is still family-owned, is the winner of FastCasual's inaugural Excellence in Guest Experience award. The award was presented in partnership with Ovation, a restaurant guest feedback platform
Zack Oates, founder of Ovation, presented the award Sunday night during the Fast Casual Top 100 Movers & Shakers gala, stating Groucho's Deli was not only committed to an industry-leading response rate of win-back opportunities but was also solving the root cause of any trending issue.
"They truly care about creating a great guest experience at every level," Oates said.
"We embrace technology as a catalyst for our guest experience," Groucho's President Deric Rosenbaum said in an acceptance video shown during the gala. "That's why we partner with Ovation, Marqii and Bikky and others to streamline ordering, improve communication with our guests and enhance the overall operations."
