Miami-based Latin-Caribbean fusion concept GRILLiT Inc. announced plans to add beer, wine and a line of margaritas and other wine -ased mixed drinks to its menu.
The company will also unveil a new menu in coming weeks, which was developed with the assistance of its senior medical advisor, Dr. Paul Aoun.
GRILLiT reported 9-percent year-over-year revenue growth at its corporate restaurant in Miami, and has revamped its franchise marketing package, including a webinar, brochure and sales presentation.
"We measure our success by the success of our franchise owners. I spent much of my life as a franchise owner. We created tools and processes to assist our master franchisees in attracting new prospects. Our team has decades of experience in franchise sales and have dedicated themselves to helping futures franchisees succeed," CEO Ghazi Hajj said in a news release.
GRILLiT currently has franchise locations open in Nashville, Tennessee, and in Elizabethtown, Kentucky.
