Green Leaf's taking off at Mexican airport

Villa Enterprises Management, a global multiconcept restaurant franchisor, is opening a Green Leaf's location at Guadalajara International Airport in Mexico this month, according to a company press release.

"We introduced our Green Leaf's concept at the Monterrey Airport in Mexico a couple of years ago, and it's been extremely well-received," Adam Torine, senior vice president of business development at Villa Enterprises Management, said in the release. "We're excited to now have a home in the Guadalajara Airport and introduce our variety of soups, sandwiches and salads to the millions of travelers that come through the airport each year."

The newest Green Leaf's location joins nearly 50 corporate and franchise concepts in shopping centers, airports, college campuses and casinos worldwide. In addition, Villa Enterprises Management currently operates more than 330 concepts across 38 U.S. states, as well as in Washington, D.C., and Puerto Rico, and seven additional countries.
