Green Leaf's and Bananas debuts in Colorado

Two of Villa Enterprises Management's fast casual chains have been combined to mark Colorado's first Green Leaf's and Bananas joint location at the FlatIron Crossing Mall in Broomfield, according to a company press release. These two new concepts join the Villa Fresh Italian Kitchen location, which opened in the food court in 2011.

The concept will feature Green Leaf's salads, paninis and wraps, and a limited Bananas menu, offering fruit smoothies and fresh juices. Unique to this location, Green Leaf's and Bananas will also serve fresh baked goods, including bagels, pastries and more, for breakfast.

"Our menu sets us apart from most food court restaurants, and our ability to leverage our diverse brands and customize our concepts based on market demand provides us with a unique opportunity to deliver expanded dining options to consumers," said Adam Torine, senior vice president of business development at Villa Enterprises Management. "We're thrilled to bring a fresh and healthier dining option to Colorado shoppers with our variety of salads, wraps, smoothies and other offerings."

The newest Green Leaf's and Bananas location joins nearly 50 corporate and franchise concepts in shopping centers, airports, college campuses and casinos worldwide. In addition, Villa Enterprises Management currently operates more than 330 concepts across 38 U.S. states, as well as in Washington, D.C. and Puerto Rico, and seven additional countries.
