Atlanta-based Great Wraps has announced a franchise development agreement that expands the brand's presence in Texas and gives it entry into the Oklahoma market.

Multiunit franchisee Premila Vishwanath and her business partners at J2K LLC., who currently operate a franchise portfolio that consists of 44 Jack in the Box and four Pizza Hut locations, secured the rights to develop Great Wraps restaurants in Dallas-Fort Worth, as well as Oklahoma City.

"We understand from working in the corporate side of the franchise business for 15 years that having a strong franchisor and a dedicated corporate support team is what can separate one brand from other franchises in the industry. Great Wraps not only provides delicious menu offerings that are unparalleled in fast casual dining, but they also have proven expertise and success in shopping malls, a retail environment we've been interested in for years," Vishwanath said in a company press release. "When we first visited Great Wraps, we were excited about the concept's customizable experience and fresh menu options, all cooked on the grill in front of the customer. With Great Wraps already experiencing impressive success in Texas, we believe this brand will soon become a household name in Dallas, as well as Oklahoma City."

Vishwanath's recent franchise agreement provides her the ability to develop Great Wraps in both Dallas-Fort Worth and Oklahoma City, with the option to expand to additional markets.

Great Wraps currently has 80 locations in 18 states.
