Graze & Gather prepping to open Colorado store this month

Graze & Gather,a concept from foodservice provider Compass Group/Eurest that melds food with a workspace environment, is getting ready to launch a location in Westminster, Colorado.

The 2,650-square-foot dining spot will open in the business district center at Westmoor Technology Park at 10155 Westmoor Dr., an area lacking in convenient dining options, according to a press release.

The Graze & Gather menu will be served from 7 a.m. until 2 p.m. Breakfast will be offered all day and lunch begins at 11 a.m. The concept offers order ahead capabilities via the Thrive app. In addition, order-and-pay kiosks inside create a seamless dining experience.
